CANCELLATION POLICY

Hii Girlies 💗! I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations can come up. I kindly ask that you please communicate with me as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. ⸻ 💳 Deposits • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. • Deposits go toward your total service cost. • Deposits are non-transferable after the 24hrs. ⸻ ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling • A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee charge to the card on file. This ensures I can respect my time and accommodate other clients. ⸻ 🚫 No Call / No Show • Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 75% of the total service price. • No call / no show clients will be unable to book again until the balance is paid in full. ⸻ ⏳ Late Policy • Please notify me if you are running late. • 10 minutes late = $10 late fee. • 20 minutes late = appointment canceled and new deposit required to rebook. • 20 minutes late = appointment canceled and new deposit required to rebook. ⸻ 👥 Guest Policy • To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, only one additional guest is permitted.
